WCM 1.03 and new character Konrad
There is a new version of Web Cartoon Maker available 1.03. It contains a critical bug fix (WCM Player crashed for some people) and new methods BringForward () and SendBackward () available for all kind of objects. These methods can help you to change order of objects in the scene:
