There are two ways to make cartoons using Web Cartoon Maker:

• Download Desktop Edition of Web Cartoon Maker. Desktop Edition is a WCM C++ IDE which can be run on your Windows desktop. You'll be able to save and load your scripts locally. The compiler and library are located online on our server but you get a look and feel of a standalone application. Desktop Edition setup program also installs WCM Player required to play your cartoons and convert them to AVI format. Desktop Edition is a true freeware. It does not install any adware/spyware/toolbars etc.

• Make animated cartoons online. You still need to install WCM Player but you can do this later after compilation of your cartoon is done. There will be 2 links available - one to download your cartoon and one to download and install WCM Player.

• You can also download our older unsupported but still popular software Tales Animator. It works only under Windows XP and does not run under Windows Vista and Windows 7. You can also try to run it under XP Mode in Windows 7.
